CANCELLATION POLICY
To My Valued Guests:
Your appointments are very important to me here at Bare Studio. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, ect. However, if last minute cancellations or "No Shows" become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee and after 3 violations I reserve the right to use my judgement on continuing to provide services to you as a client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services they need. I ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files that will be stored on a secure system. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
*Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive NO CHARGES
*Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in 50% charge of the scheduled service fee
*Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee
LATE/TARDY POLICY
I will always try my best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, I know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying me for other clients who come in on time. For this reason, I have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minuted grace period. After that time, I will call or text to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late: i'd rather know as early as possible so I can d my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of my day!
Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you. These policies allow me the opportunity to alert clients of any openings, therefore allowing me to provide the best service possible.
